Description: At the Four Directions All Nations March in Denver on October 6, 2001, Denver police officers stopped the defendant pursuant to a standing order to stop and identify persons who were peacefully participating in a public demonstration while wearing symbolic black clothing and masks. When he declined to submit to a pat-down frisk, he was arrested for "interference with police authority." Attorneys for the ACLU entered their appearance, and the case was subsequently dismissed.
