Description: During a rock concert held on June 28, 2003, to mark the opening of a skate park in Castle Rock, Colorado, police arrested band member Daniel Lewis and took him to jail. He is charged with the crime of disturbing the peace. According to the police, Mr. Lewis committed a crime when he introduced a song by stating over the microphone "this song is dedicated to the Castle Rock police department. I hate you fucking pigs." The ACLU is defending Mr. Lewis and arguing that the Castle Rock ordinance violates the right of free speech
