Is your school still enforcing the Pledge of Allegiance statute? Let the ACLU know!
The ACLU is interested in hearing from you if you are a student, teacher, or the parent of a student in a public school in Colorado and you believe the Colorado mandatory Pledge law is being enforced in your school district. If you believe this to be the case, please send an email with "Pledge of Allegiance" in the subject line to info@aclu-co.org and provide the following information:

Your address:
Your email address:
Your telephone number:
Your school:
Your school district:
Whether you are a student, parent, or teacher:
Details about how you or others are being forced or pressured into reciting the Pledge against your will:
Whether your school or school district had a policy or practice regarding the Pledge of Allegiance in previous school years:
Whether individuals who decline to recite the Pledge are being required to state or explain their reasons for declining to participate:
Whether individuals who decline to recite the Pledge are experiencing any adverse consequences, either from school officials or other students. .
