Melissa joined ACLU of Colorado as the Intake Coordinator in January of 2020. She is a Colorado native passionate about fighting for Coloradans’ civil liberties. Melissa pursued a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice while raising three boys on her own and is a very proud mother of her boys’ successes. Prior to ACLU, She worked in county court, adult probation, and child support. Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, photography and being outdoors.
