Pablo de la Rosa Santiago (pronouns they/them/theirs) joined the ACLU of Colorado in March of 2020 after graduating from CU Boulder. They believe in the transformative power of design in creating equitable societies. Prior to this role, they worked as an organizer for the Brazen Project, educating peers about reproductive rights and crisis pregnancy centers. They also created motion graphics and edited video for a variety of Colorado-based start-ups. Outside of the office, they continue a fine art practice that incorporates photography, sculpture, and installation work
