2013-2014 ACLU of Colorado Annual Report

The ACLU of Colorado had a very productive year in 2013-2014, with victories in free speech and criminal justice legal cases, significant progress on limiting the use of ICE detainers in county jails, and landmark legislation to end debtor’s prison practices and the warehousing of seriously mentally ill prisoners in solitary confinement.
