Summary

Section 1 of the bill changes the required designated number of voter service and polling centers (VSPC) for counties with at least 25,000 active electors: • During early voting, from at least one VSPC for each 30,000 active electors to at least one VSPC for each 75,000 active electors; and • On election day, from at least one VSPC for each 15,000 active electors to at least one VSPC for each 30,000 active electors.

Section 2 of the bill deletes a requirement in the Colorado Local Government Election Code requiring the return envelope for a mail ballot packet to have a flap covering the signature.
