No Kings Act: Urge your lawmakers to protect Coloradans' constitutional rights from federal overreach
Currently, federal law only allows for state and local government officials to be sued for constitutional violations, which prevents clear accountability for federal government officials and agents who infringe on constitutional rights. The No Kings Act opens the courthouse doors and closes this accountability gap.
