City of Colorado Springs v. Colorado Springs Independent Newspaper Group, Inc.

The City of Colorado Springs filed suit against a weekly independent newspaper, the Colorado Springs Independent, seeking a court order to prevent publication of information that the newspaper's reporters obtained from a City office. A few hours after the ACLU announced that it would defend the newspaper in court, the City dismissed its lawsuit.
