Civil rights are under attack on the Colorado ballot. Vote like your rights depend on it.
This November, Coloradans’ civil rights are under attack on the ballot.
Five different ballots measures would weaken due process rights for every Coloradan by forcing law enforcement to work with ICE, rollback rights for transgender youth and all athletes in our state, create new barriers to voting, and impose extreme prison sentences for any fentanyl-related drug offenses.
The ACLU of Colorado urges all Coloradans to vote NO on these ballot measures and ensure that we shape the Colorado we want to be — one that is for the people, not a state that targets and terrorizes its communities.
Please note that the ACLU of Colorado is a non-partisan organization and does not endorse candidates.
